Refund policy
At Digihands, we operate a strict returns policy to ensure product integrity and customer transparency. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Change of Mind Returns (Within 14 Days)
If you no longer wish to keep your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and you can present valid proof of purchase. Original condition means all original packaging, seals, protective films, and labels are intact and in resalable condition. The product must not have been used in any way. The device must contain no personal data, must not be set up or registered, and must show no signs of handling or wear. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Exchanges (Within 14 Days)
Yes, exchanges are available for most products within 14 days of receipt.

What Cannot Be Returned
Items that are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described include products received more than 14 days ago, products that have been opened or unsealed except where necessary to inspect, items without original packaging, seals, or labels, products or packaging in poor, damaged, or unsellable condition, and devices containing user data or those that have been set up, logged into, or registered with the manufacturer. These conditions are strictly enforced.
Refunds for Unopened Items (Within 14 Days)
Refunds are only available for items returned within 14 days from the day after delivery and that meet all of the following conditions: the item is unopened and factory-sealed, the retail packaging is original and undamaged, all accessories, components, manuals, and free gifts are included, the product has not been used, no personal data has been entered, and proof of purchase is provided. If any of these conditions are not met, Digihands reserves the right to refuse the refund. While the item is in your possession, you must keep it sealed, avoid using or handling it unnecessarily, and take reasonable care to ensure no damage occurs.
Opened Items (New Products Only)
If a new product has been opened but remains fully unused, you may return it within 14 days. A mandatory 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We will not accept returns for opened items that show any signs of usage or wear, damage of any kind, missing accessories, or contain personal data or account registration.
Refund Assessment & Processing
All returned items undergo a full inspection upon arrival. Approval or rejection is determined solely at Digihands’ discretion based on the item’s condition and compliance with this policy. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days. Rejected returns will not be sent back unless the customer pays the return shipping fee.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, email us at hello@digihands.co.uk.
Return Authorisation Required
All return requests must be authorised in advance by Digihands. To request a return, email hello@digihands.co.uk with your order number, full name, and the email address used at checkout. Unauthorised returns may be refused. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
