At Digihands, we aim to prepare and deliver orders quickly and efficiently. The information below reflects the shipping arrangements published on the current Digihands store.
Next Day Delivery
Next-day delivery is available within the UK for eligible orders placed before the stated weekday cut-off. Orders placed after the noon cut-off are processed for delivery on the following applicable working day; Friday orders placed after the cut-off are scheduled for Tuesday delivery.
Once an order is dispatched, Digihands sends a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Handling Time
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within one business day. During peak periods or sales events, handling may take longer; customers will be notified if this affects an order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the delivery option selected and the weight of the order.
